Vasseur has 'confidence' over Sirotkin
– Renault's Frédéric Vasseur says he has "confidence" in Sergey Sirotkin's abilities as the Russian prepares to make his first outing with the team at Sochi this weekend.Sirotkin was announced as a Renault test driver "with a long term development plan" in the build up to his home event, and will step into Kevin Magnussen's car for FP1.Sirotkin joins GP3 champion Esteban Ocon, who has signed to race for Mercedes in DTM, and fellow GP2 driver Nicholas Latifi on Renault's reserve books."Sergey is one of the most promising drivers from the junior categories so it is great for us that he is joining Renault Sport," said Racing Director Vasseur."We saw...
