F1 nowhere near engine agreement - Horner

– Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner says Formula 1 chiefs are nowhere near agreeing the regulations on four key aspects surrounding the power unit ahead of the 2017 campaign.An initial February deadline was extended to the end of April in order for senior Formula 1 figures to agree on 2017 regulations, with the technical changes now almost finalised.However, the FIA's World Motor Sport Council also hoped that an agreement could be made regarding engine cost, supply, noise and performance convergence, but Horner feels a resolution will not be forthcoming."I think it's a complex situation, but fundamentally there were four criteria that were requested by the governing body...
