Bernie Ecclestone speaks out on the qualifying backtrack…..   Bernie Ecclestone has elected to speak out over what he seems to regard as somewhat of a misunderstanding, claiming that fans and teams alike were mistaken in his intentions.   Bernie digressed the new qualifying was done in an effort to ‘muddle the grid up’.
