Vettel slams 'circus' qualifying proposal

– Sebastian Vettel has hit out at the "circus" nature of Formula 1's proposed two-lap aggregate qualifying format, which could be introduced at the Chinese Grand Prix.Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone and FIA President Jean Todt outlined the idea in Bahrain, following heavy criticism over the new-for-2016 live elimination system.With teams eager to revert, but Ecclestone and Todt unwilling to go back to the 2015 set-up, a vote to support or block aggregate qualifying will take place on Thursday.Ferrari driver Vettel has led criticism of the latest idea."It's time to go to the circus," Vettel sighed."It's a good idea… if you want random things to happen,...
