Horner: F1 should apologise for new qualifying format
Red Bull/Getty Images Red Bull team boss Christian Horner believes the sport needs to apologise to Formula 1 fans after the new qualifying format failed to achieve the desired spectacle. Under a revised format, drivers were eliminated throughout Q1, Q2 and Q3, but most posted one lap before retreating to the pit lane.
