Perfect start in poor conditions for Hamilton
Lewis Hamilton says he is delighted to be back competing again as he kicked off his quest for a fourth Formula 1 World Championship title with a clean sweep at the top of the timesheets in both free practice sessions. The Briton was quickest for Mercedes in the damp-to-dry FP1 session and again in the considerably wetter FP2, but while he doesn't expect it to have much of a bearing on tomorrow and Sunday when the forecast is expected to be less temperamental, he was nonetheless pleased to be back behind the wheel once more. “I can't tell you how exciting it was.
