Renault recruitment drive to last 18 months

– Renault Chief Technical Officer Bob Bell believes it will be 18 months before the returning manufacturer is up to full strength at its Enstone base.Renault has taken over the Lotus outfit as it plots its return to the top of the Formula 1 standings, an ambition it has acknowledged will take several years, with Group CEO Carlos Ghosn not expecting podiums until 2018."We are in the process of re-resourcing Enstone and part of the road map is to be clear how we build up the resources over a two year timeframe," Bell explained."The head count is around 470 now and needs to be close to 650 in the long term, but it will take us up to 18 months to do it."We need to...
