Ecclestone tips Ferrari to win 2016 championship

F1 Latest News: F1 supremo, Bernie Ecclestone has tipped Ferrari to win the 2016 Formula 1 World Championship, following signs of the Maranello outfit on form during Formula 1's shortened pre-season testing sessions.  Despite Ferrari's improving form during the 2015 season, the last two years very much has been about Mercedes, and their dominance ever since the new turbo regulations were introduced.
