Magnussen hails positive pre-season for Renault

Renault Sport F1 Kevin Magnussen says he heads to the Australian Grand Prix with a positive mentality after concluding his pre-season testing programme at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Magnussen set the third best time for Renault on the second day of the final test and completed 126 laps despite suffering from a small water leak in the RS16. Magnussen will now hand over to team-mate Jolyon Palmer for the remainder of the test. "It’s been a positive pre-season of testing for me and I couldn’t have wanted much more from the team," said Magnussen. "I’ve enjoyed four reliable test days with over 100 laps completed on each day.
