Mercedes alters plan to keep drivers fresh
– Mercedes has tweaked its driver schedule for the remainder of the first pre-season test in order to keep Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg fresh, a team spokesperson confirmed to GPUpdate.netHamilton racked up 156 laps on Monday, with Rosberg adding 172 laps on Tuesday, meaning the drivers completed over two race distances each day.Mercedes has now opted to give each driver half a day in the F1 W07 Hybrid, with Rosberg driving this morning and Hamilton taking over in the afternoon.The pair will switch for the final day on Thursday, with Hamilton in action during the morning session and Rosberg set to complete running in the afternoon.It has not yet been decided whether this policy...
