Channel 4 Announces Live F1 Broadcast Plans

Channel 4 has announced details of the races that it will broadcast in it’s free-to-air coverage of the 2016 season. As announced last month, Channel 4 has acquired the rights to broadcast Formula 1 on a free-to-air platform taking over from the BBC until 2018. The live races, which will be broadcast without ad breaks, will also provide coverage of practice and qualifying. The ten races, including Spain, Britain, and the finale in Abu Dhabi, will be broadcast in high-definition and hosted by ex-BBC pundit, commentator, and 13-times race winner David Coulthard.
