Manor's 2016 challenger passes F1 crash test

Manor's 2016 F1 car has successfully passed its final crash test and has received the green light ahead of pre-season testing next month. After missing all of 2015's pre-season testing as well as failing to make the grid at the season-opening Australian Grand Prix after falling into administration, the Banbury-based squad completed the crash test at its first attempt. Manor returns to F1 this season with huge optimism having secured new Mercedes power units and Williams-prepared gearboxes as part of a technical arrangement. The team is expected to give the new car its debut outing at the first pre-season test in Barcelona which starts on the 22nd February. The F1 squad also recently...
