Taffin: Over-eagerness cost Renault

Renault Sport F1 director of operations Remi Taffin says an over-eagerness to develop the power units supplied to Infiniti Red Bull Racing and Scuderia Toro Rosso were the cause of troubles for those teams in 2015. At least one of Toro Rosso's drivers failed to finish in 11 of the 19 races last season, while Red Bull's drivers combined for a total of four non-finishes.   Taffin told the official Formula 1 website that there were three major problems with the 2015 power unit.
