Hamilton officially crowned at FIA gala

– Lewis Hamilton and his Mercedes team collected their respective World Championship trophies during the FIA's end-of-season Prize-Giving gala in Paris on Friday night.Hamilton claimed 10 victories and seven further podium finishes en route to the 2015 title, adding to his 2008 and 2014 triumphs, the former achieved while driving for McLaren.Hamilton confirmed the crown with victory at the United States Grand Prix, after team-mate Nico Rosberg's late error, with rounds in Mexico, Brazil and Abu Dhabi to spare."There's a huge sense of pride," Hamilton said of his achievements."This last step, coming to Mercedes, was solely my decision.
