Alonso surprised if McLaren not very competitive in '16

Fernando Alonso says he would be surprised if McLaren aren't "very competitive" in 2016, admitting another season like the current one would be "disappointing". The Spaniard recently admitted he was driving in "economy mode" as McLaren-Honda's struggles have hit his motivation levels, but insists he will give his all next year regardless of whether his car is on the lead pace or not.
