Sergio Perez was 'worried' about final fifteen laps

Mexican Grand Prix – Force India's Sergio Perez says the late safety car did nothing to help his one stop strategy, and that the final stint of the race was tough as a result. Perez pitted at the end of Lap 18, swapping from the Soft tyres he started on to the Medium tyre. All was going to plan, with the Mexican driver vying with Toro Rosso's Max Verstappen for P8 when the Safety Car was deployed for Sebastian Vettels' crash. While Perez inherited Verstappen's P8, the decision from Force India not to bring him in for a fresh set of tyres was not a decision shared by his rivals; when the race resumed on Lap 57, Perez had to defend on tyres that were already nearly 40 laps old against...
