Kvyat says safety car robbed him of podium finish

Daniil Kvyat believes he deserved a podium finish in the Mexican Grand Prix, claiming the safety car period ruined his chances. The Red Bull driver run in third place for most of the race, even though he could not keep in touch with the dominant Mercedes of Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton. However, the late safety car period cased by Sebastian Vettel's accident meant Kvyat was caught by the Williams of Valtteri Bottas.
