Qualifying postponement was “only decision” – Rosberg

Nico Rosberg has backed the FIA’s decision to postpone qualifying until Sunday morning, following the deluge which rained-out efforts to run it as planned today. Mercedes star Rosberg has more to lose than most if qualifying is cancelled tomorrow, as race stewards will likely refer to the free practice three times – in which he was only ninth fastest after going off early in the session and then not running when the track was at its fastest. When asked if postponing qualifying on Saturday was the right decision, Rosberg said: “Yeah for sure.
