Buemi sets the pace in Beijing – FP1 Report

Sebastien Buemi lowered the benchmark as he lead the Renault e.Dams team to a 1-2 in the first free practice session. Renault e.Dams once again underlined their pre-season testing pace by occupying the top two places in the session, with Buemi finishing fastest with a 1:36.991, half a second ahead of team-mate Nicolas Prost, who briefly stopped part-way through a session which saw only a handful of drivers complete ‘full power' laps. Loic Duval was third fastest and the only other man to get within one second of the French manufacturers, with fellow Dragon Racing driver Jerome D'Ambrosio in fourth place.
