Ricciardo confident Red Bull will be on 2016 grid

Daniel Ricciardo says he is confident Red Bull Racing will be competing in Formula 1 next season despite uncertainty surrounding its engine supplier. The Milton Keynes-based outfit is currently searching for a new power unit supplier after revealing that it wants to cut ties with Renault. The team has suffered another difficult campaign with the French manufacturer and attempts to secure Mercedes or Ferrari engines appear to have stalled. Recent speculation in the United States Grand Prix paddock now suggests Honda could be a candidate for supplying Red Bull with power units.
