Nelson Piquet Junior ‘more confident' for new season

Beijing ePrix – Reigning Formula E champion, Nelson Piquet Junior, says he feels more confident now than he did before the start of the inaugural season of the all-electric series, but reckons his NEXTEV TCR team has work to do if he is to retain the title. Piquet, who beat Renault-e.dams driver Sebastien Buemi to the Formula E title by one point at the final race last season, explained that his team needs to stick together if it is to repeat its success in season two.  He said: “I’m more confident than I was at the beginning of last year, that’s for sure.
