Alonso surprised by McLaren result

McLaren Honda Fernando Alonso expressed his surprise after McLaren was able to finish with both cars in the points, albeit before the Spaniard was handed a post-race penalty. Alonso finished in 10th position, behind team-mate Jenson Button, though was stripped of his point after exceeding track limits repeatedly, with stewards handing him a five second sanction. That dropped him to 11th position, but he was still upbeat regarding the result.
