Mercedes crowned 2015 Constructors World Champions

Mercedes Benz have been crowned constructors champions following Lewis Hamilton winning the 2015 Russian Grand Prix and Kimi Raikkonen being demoted to eighth position. Mercedes were tipped to take the constructors crown this weekend as they did last year at the 2014 Russian Grand Prix, however they achieved their constructors success through a rather different series of events following the Russian Grand Prix. Mercedes needed to outscore Ferrari by three points this weekend in order to secure the title for the second year in a row. This seemed possible with Nico Rosberg leading the early stages of the race and Lewis Hamilton second.
