Grosjean escapes heavy crash uninjured
Russian Grand Prix – Romain Grosjean prompted the second safety car of the Russian Grand Prix after losing control of his Lotus on the exit of turn three and slamming side on into the TecPro barriers. The Frenchman was in 13th closely following the McLaren of Jenson Button around T3 on lap 12 of the Russian Grand Prix when he lost control of his car, darting off track at high speed, resulting in an explosive side on collision with the Tecpro barriers, scattering debris across the Sochi Autodrom.
