Singapore GP chiefs to tighten security

– Singapore Grand Prix organisers are planning to increase security at the event by installing higher fences and increasing marshal presence after a man invaded the track at last weekend's race.Yogvitam Pravin Dhokia, a 27-year-old British national, was apprehended and later charged after climbing through a gap in the fence and walking along the Marina Bay Street Circuit.The clerk of the course, Gabriel Tan, has since submitted his findings over the incident to governing body the FIA, and made a number of safety recommendations for future events."The Singapore Grand Prix organisation is currently studying plans to increase security in identified areas," explained a...
