Raikkonen will observe team orders to help Vettel

Kimi Raikkonen says he will observe team orders to assist Ferrari and his team-mate Sebastian Vettel in the fight for the Formula 1 World Championship title if he is called upon to do so. Though he remains an outsider for the crown compared with Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, Vettel's dominant third win of the season in Singapore has kept him on the cusp of the title fight with six races remaining. With Vettel 49 points behind Hamilton, but only eight shy of Rosberg, coming to the Japanese Grand Prix, Raikkonen is aware he may be requested to play a role if there is a chance Vettel could prove a factor in the title tussle.
