Dominant Vettel takes shock pole as Mercedes struggle
Sebastian Vettel scored his first Ferrari podium in Singapore after a dominant display during qualifying on Saturday, marking Ferrari's return to the top slot in almost three years. Mercedes meanwhile struggled for pace and could only manage fifth and sixth, behind both Ferraris and Red Bulls, and more worrying for the team is the gap, almost 1.5 seconds adrift.
