Mercedes 'don't know' if Rosberg engine is re-usable
Italian Grand Prix – Mercedes AMG F1's Toto Wolff says that the team are carrying out an investigation into Nico Rosberg's original Monza power unit to see whether it can be used again. Mercedes introduced an upgraded specification of their PU106B power unit for Monza, electing to use all of their remaining engine tokens to begin development for the 2016 season. The units allowed Mercedes to show ominously strong pace on Friday, before Nico Rosberg suffered a problem with his on Saturday morning.
