Vettel: Losing Monza would "rip our hearts out"

Sebastian Vettel says Bernie Ecclestone would be "ripping our hearts out" if the Italian Grand Prix disappears from the Formula 1 calendar. Talks continued between Ecclestone and Italian officials to try to reach a deal to extend Monza's contract on Sunday, but the F1 chief said it was still too early to say if the historic track will remain on the calendar after 2016. Vettel finished second in today's race, and enjoyed an emotional welcome on the podium, his first as a Ferrari driver at Monza.
