Ericsson handed 3 place grid penalty

Sauber's Marcus Ericsson has been handed a 3 place gird penalty for impeding Nico Hulkenberg during qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix. Marcus did not just hold up the German once, but twice. This means Ericsson will start back in P13, Maldonado will be promoted to P10.
