– Toro Rosso rookie Max Verstappen has joined the sizeable list of drivers to be hit with grid penalties for engine changes at the Italian Grand Prix.Toro Rosso decided to change the Renault power unit in Verstappen's car after a low key first day of practice, which will result in a 10-place drop."We expected a tricky weekend, as this circuit doesn't suit our package, especially in the short-runs," explained Chief Race Engineer Phil Charles."For this reason, we've decided to change Max's engine, compromising his qualifying session but hoping this will put him in a better situation for the upcoming races."This means that now both Max and Carlos will be taking...
