FIA "satisfied" with Pirelli's conclusions after Spa tyre failures

The FIA says it is "satisfied with the thoroughness" of Pirelli's investigation and its conclusions following Sebastian Vettel's tyre failure in the Belgian Grand Prix. Pirelli conducted the investigation after Vettel's tyre exploded on the penultimate lap of the Spa race, where the Ferrari driver was set for third place. The German was angry afterwards and labelled the incident as "unacceptable". Pirelli, however, put the blame on Ferrari for opting to stop just once during the race.
