Honda failed to meet 'expectations'

McLaren once again had very little to cheer about at the Belgian Grand Prix with Honda admitting they didn't meet the 'expectations' of the drivers, team and fans. The Japanese manufacturer used a new-spec engine and some in-season development tokens ahead of this weekend's race, but it certainly didn't yield the expected results as Fernando Alonso finished P13 with Jenson Button once place behind. To add insult to injury, the drivers were hit with a combined 105-place grid penalty following double power unit changes on both cars.
