Vettel welcomes Ferrari's Raikkonen decision

Sebastian Vettel has welcomed the news that Kimi Raikkonen will remain his team-mate at Scuderia Ferrari in 2016, but insisted he was not directly involved in the decision to retain the Finnish driver. Ferrari announced Raikkonen would remain in the team for a third season on Wednesday, and Vettel insists he has a good relationship with the Finn, and hopes the team can work towards returning to the front of the grid with the driver line-up remaining stable. “I think Kimi is a very good driver, I’ve a good relationship with him and it’s good for the team, it keeps the stability in it,” insisted Vettel. “We can work together for Ferrari, trying to do our best.
