Ferrari’s strict engine development plan

Ferrari is set to exploit their remaining seven development tokens in two steps and is therefore prepared to take engine penalties in Austin or Mexico. The Italian team headed into the season by having ten development tokens remaining over the course of the season as they have only used 22 of the maximal 32 before the start of the 2015 season. In Canada they introduced important changes which mainly concentrated on the internal combustion engine. According to the Italian publication Autosprint Ferrari are set to bolt new developments on its PU which are worth two tokens.
