Fangio exhumation will go ahead

The body of five-time Formula 1 World Champion Juan Manuel Fangio will be exhumed this week, following the orders of a judge in Argentina for a paternity test. On July 10, a court in Mar del Plata – the city in Argentina nearest to Balcarce, where Fangio was born – ruled to exhume the body of the motorsport legend in order to determinate if he was the father of a man named Oscar Cesar Espinoza.  However, the exhumation was suspended a few days later by a different court located in La Plata, capital city of Buenos Aires province.
