Penalty to P4 for record-breaking Verstappen

Max Verstappen is celebrating after coming away with a record-breaking fourth place finish in the Hungarian Grand Prix, a feat made all the more remarkable given it was achieved despite being forced to serve a drive-thru penalty. On a day of drama up and down the F1 field, the 17 year-old endured his own controversial moments when he clipped Valtteri Bottas' – causing the Williams to puncture and leaving himself with damage to the Toro Rosso – before he was forced to serve a drive-thru penalty for speeding behind the safety car.
