Bottas: 'Very difficult to win championship at Williams'

Valtteri Bottas says winning a world championship with Williams isn't impossible, but it's very difficult given their current position and budget compared to those ahead. The team is arguably third fastest, though has proven itself to be a match for Ferrari at certain circuits. Mercedes however remains ahead and that's the real problem when it comes to Williams winning according to the Finn. "Williams has been many times World Champion, I've always said there's no reason why they couldn't do it again, but the fact is at the moment it's very difficult," he told F1i.
