Boullier says reliability can unlock 'seconds'

– Eric Boullier believes that McLaren's current package could be "seconds" per lap faster, and move firmly into Formula 1's top 10 positions, with solely reliability-based updates to Honda's power unit.McLaren and Honda have endured a troubled start to their second spell as partners, logging just five points over the first nine races of the season, ahead of only the revived Manor-Marussia outfit.But Boullier, McLaren's Racing Director, says a major step will come when Honda can run its engine at full power without reliability concerns, which it was still unable to do at the British Grand Prix."We're running with a down tuned engine, and we know that if we can tomorrow...
