Mercedes referred to stewards for covering car

– Mercedes has been referred to the British Grand Prix stewards for covering Nico Rosberg's car as it returned to the Silverstone pits after his stoppage in practice.Rosberg pulled off track amid hydraulic trouble in the early stages of Friday morning's opening session, with his car later transported back to the paddock under sheeting.But FIA Technical Delegate Jo Bauer has suggested that in using a cover, the team has breached Article 27.4 of Formula 1's Sporting Regulations, which states that no part of a car should be hidden unless it is solely for mechanical reasons, such as protecting against fire."During P1 at 10:28 members of the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team covered the...
