Maldonado had ‘no real issue' with Verstappen's driving

British Grand Prix – Lotus' Pastor Maldonado says that, contrary to some media reports after the Austrian Grand Prix, he had no issue with Max Verstappen's driving during the race. Maldonado & Verstappen tussled for position during the race at the Red Bull Ring last weekend, a battle that the Venezuelan eventually won. However, after the race, Maldonado was quoted by Autosport as saying about Verstappen:  'He was a bit… let's say not aggressive, but he wasn't really respecting the rules. You must leave some space for the other car and he was not respecting that. But when I saw him doing this I said I need to be more careful but more aggressive.'
