Ricciardo shakes off Red Bull issues

Daniel Ricciardo says the mechanical fault with the brakes on his Red Bull 'wasn't a major issue' and ends the in-season Formula 1 test in an upbeat frame of mind. While heading out of the pits during the final hour of testing Ricciardo was forced to stop at the pit exit which brought a brief halt to proceedings due to a red flag so his RB11 could be recovered. The Australian brushed off the incident in his media debrief after the test and was thrilled by the 116 laps he covered at the test. “We had a small problem at the end with the brakes but it wasn't a major issue and we were able to get out again for one last run,” Ricciardo said. “We did a lot of laps today and that included a...
