Perez hails one of the 'best laps of my career'
Sergio Perez says the his entire qualifying session, but particularly the lap that secured him 7th place on the grid for tomorrow's Monaco Grand Prix, was one of the best of his career. 'That was a special effort from the whole team. Everyone was really on it. We knew it was a good opportunity, and we made the most of everything. We have pace limitations in other places, so this is a great opportunity to score some points.' Perez said after snatching 7th place in a car that hasn't shown much pace up until now.
