Mallya: 'Softer tyre compounds will suit Force India in Monaco'
Force India boss Dr Vijay Mallya says that the use of the softest compound Pirellis will suit his team this weekend. With just one points scoring finish in the last four Grands Prix, Force India need a good result this weekend in Monaco. With just 11 points on the board, the team are in 8th position in the championship, only ahead of non-scorers McLaren & Manor Marussia. However, both Nico Hulkenberg & Sergio Perez are both fans of the Monte Carlo track, and Mallya believes Pirelli's use of the two softest compound tyres available will suit their VJM08.
