Stevens understands Manor test absence
Will Stevens says he understands why Manor opted not to participate in the Spanish in-season test, admitting there is very little more to come from the current package. With the new car still some way off, Manor decided to sit out the two-day test with a view to turning attentions to the next round in Monaco, where it scored points in 2014 with Jules Bianchi. Though Stevens admits he would have liked more time in the car given he missed pre-season testing, he accepts the decision made. “Clearly any time in the car is good because we still haven't had a test day of trying whatever we want, and to try and see if we can improve,” he told Crash.net. “I'll never turn down time in the car....
