Rosberg quickest on first morning of Barcelona test

Nico Rosberg set the quickest time on the first morning of the post-Spanish Grand Prix test. It was a busy and uninterrupted session, with drivers making the most of warm and dry conditions. Rosberg ended the morning at the top of the timesheets with a 1:24.374. He completed the most laps of any driver, managing 78 tours of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya over the four-hour session. Raffaele Marciello tested for Ferrari and was second quickest, 2.3 seconds slower than Rosberg. Pastor Maldonado enjoyed a productive morning and finished third, completing 53 laps in total.
