Hembery: Free tyre choice 'impossible'

– Pirelli Motorsport Director Paul Hembery says the suggestion of Formula 1 teams choosing their preferred tyre compounds ahead of races would be "impossible" for the sport's sole supplier to implement.Force India's Otmar Szafnauer recently proposed that teams themselves could pick the two compounds they want to use at each race to add another strategy variable.Pirelli currently makes the Option and Prime allocations for all rounds from its dry-weather range, which is made up of Super Soft, Soft, Medium and Hard rubber."First you have to make sure that all the teams agree to any new proposal – which is never easy – and in this scenario, you would also have to make...
