Sainz hails Toro Rosso turnaround

Carlos Sainz Jr hailed Toro Rosso's progress after he qualified in ninth position for the Bahrain Grand Prix. Sainz Jr. was only 17th quickest during the final practice session earlier on Saturday but recovered to make it into Q3, where he beat Lotus' Romain Grosjean.
