Hamilton quickest in first Shanghai practice
– Reigning World Champion Lewis Hamilton set the pace during Friday's opening free practice session for the Chinese Grand Prix, finishing over half a second clear of Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg.Hamilton's start to the 90-minute session was a scrappy one, as he endured numerous off track moments and complained of bottoming out.But after making set-up changes in the garage, and putting on his second set of Medium tyres, he produced a benchmark time of 1:39.033.Rosberg, who himself locked up and ran wide at the Turn 6 hairpin, finished 0.541s adrift with the time he posted earlier in the session.After breaking Mercedes' victory streak in Malaysa, Sebastian Vettel and Ferrari ended...
