Sauber heading to China with a ‘boost of motivation'
After two positive races in terms of displaying pace, Sauber say they are heading to China with increased confidence.Both Sauber men took points finishes in the season opener in Melbourne, with Felipe Nasr taking 5th place and Marcus Ericsson 8th spot. The car showed good competitive pace all weekend and this carried forward to the very different and challenging Sepang Circuit last Sunday. Despite continuing to show competitiveness, Sauber fell by the wayside somewhat during qualifying as Felipe Nasr failed to clear Q2 although Marcus Ericsson was able to get into Q3 and take a great 10th place, 9th after Romain Grosjean picked up a penalty.
